This type of therapy is aimed at helping clients manage underlying emotional challenges, personal traumas, and cognitive distortions that serve as barriers to well-being. Thinking Error Recognition
This individual or group therapy service covers: (1) Tactics of Power and Control, (2) Thinking Errors, (3) Blocking Communication, (4) Power Thrusting, (5) Attitude of Ownership, (6) Moral Inventory, and (7) Changing Thinking Patterns. This service is completed through videoconferencing.
Anger Management Techniques
This individual or group therapy service aims to educate participants about the source of anger and assists in developing effective coping skills to better understand, manage, and prevent anger/aggression. This service is completed through videoconferencing.
Advanced Parenting seminar
This progressive and interesting seminar protects children by providing caregiver with the most current and effective tools for maintaining a stable and nurturing home environment. This service is completed through videoconferencing.
Moral Reconation Therapy
This group therapy service is typically recommended for individuals with a history of violent offenses or frequent misconduct to enhance their personal sense of moral reasoning, maturity, and responsibility through structured exercises. This service is completed through videoconferencing.
Domestic Violence Therapy
This individual or group therapy sessions address skill development for conflict resolution, enhance interpersonal connection, and support for maintaining healthy habits. This service is completed through videoconferencing.
PRIME for Life
This group service offers insight into how substance use impacts other areas of life. A victim panel is present, which promotes sympathy for those who have been harmed through impaired behavior. This service is completed through videoconferencing.
Alcohol & Drug Therapy
This individual or group therapy allows participants to experience sober social support and develop skills to reduce maladaptive coping strategies related to substance use. This service is completed through videoconferencing.
Substance Use Testing
Testing ensures clients are maintaining sobriety throughout treatment. It is conducted randomly, with numbers being assigned if requested during voluntary treatment. Numbers are called daily via the urinalysis substance testing hotline. See the “Contact” page for the phone number. This service is completed in the office.
