2-1-1 Utah

This non-profit organization provides people with ways to get help. By simply clicking the link above or dialing 2-1-1, callers can connect to health and human resources they need throughout the state of Utah. This includes but is not limited to community service opportunity, access to food, housing & utility payment assistance, unemployment information, legal support, and safe houses. This is a free service to assist the community in times of need.

Medicaid Information

Follow the link above to apply for Medicaid. This funding source covers the majority of services offered at Changes Counseling. The website provides step-by-step instructions for users.

Language Resources

Changes Counseling offers all services in English and individual counseling/evaluations are available in Spanish as well. If English is not your first language, and you are looking for treatment options in your native tongue please follow the link above for additional resources.

Color Code Personality inventory

The above questionnaire is highly recommended by the director at Changes Counseling. It is used to help understand personality types by explaining primary motivations in life, strengths, and weaknesses that are associated with each of the color codes.
